The Senior Crew Member role involves responsibilities in the
areas of
electrical work, RF technology, and soldering. Reporting to the Crew Leader, this role
requires the
completion of relevant courses in electrical engineering or RF technology.
Duties and Responsabilities
Execute electrical tasks and projects
related to RF
Shielding.
Utilize RF technology knowledge to
troubleshoot and
optimize shielding systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in soldering for the
assembly and maintenance of RF components.
Report directly to the Crew Leader for
project
guidance and task assignments.
Mentor and guide junior crew members.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality
standards in
all tasks.
Requirements and qualifications
Completion of relevant courses in electrical
engineering, RF technology, or soldering.
Proven experience in electrical and
RF-related
tasks.
Strong understanding of RF shielding
principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork
abilities.
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven track record of successful training
and
development.
Excellent, problem-solving, and
organizational
skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a
team.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend
shifts.
Aerial lift training.
Basic Safety Orientation.
OSHA 10 hours construction.
