Our story began in Silicon Valley, California, where we took part in one of the most recognized RF shielding projects in the world. In 2018, Phoenix Group was officially founded in Texas, uniting professionals with diverse backgrounds in construction and engineering, driven by a shared commitment to quality and innovation.
Our work is led by Joao Marcus Garrido Lourenço, a Brazilian entrepreneur with expertise in business management, economics, and a deep understanding of EMC/EMI and RF shielding. Alongside our crew leaders, engineers, and back-office team, he helps ensure every project is executed with technical precision and operational excellence.
Since our inception, we’ve been at the forefront of building tailored shielding solutions across the U.S. and internationally. We believe in the potential of EMC/EMI to unlock safer, more efficient systems, and we’re proud to be part of that transformation.
