Job Summary

The Crew Training & Crew Planning role is pivotal in developing safety courses, providing training in fundamental RF Shielding tasks, and supporting the Project Manager. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Crew Member.

Duties and Responsabilities

Develop safety courses related to RF Shielding and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide training to crew members on basic RF Shielding functions and tasks.
Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing crew schedules and assignments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
Mentor and guide junior crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate relevant training modules.

Requirements and qualifications

Knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience in a senior technology role, preferably in the RF industry.
Strong understanding of RF Shielding principles.
Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
Ability to plan and coordinate crew schedules efficiently.
Aerial lift training
