RF Shielding Installer – Crew Member (Welder Specialization)

About the Role

We’re hiring Crew Members with Welding Specialization to join our field team and support the fabrication and installation of RF shielding chambers across the country.

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with experience in metalwork, welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick), or general fabrication, who want to apply their skills in a highly specialized and growing industry. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure high-quality, durable, and precision-built shielding environments.

Duties and Responsabilities
Collaborate with the crew to complete on-site installations and assemblies.
Weld, fabricate, and install components such as metal frames, structural supports, RF doors, and mechanical elements.
Interpret project plans and technical drawings to execute precise welding and fitting.
Perform grinding, cutting, and shaping of materials when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and shielding specifications.
Use appropriate welding tools and techniques for different materials and joints.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
Travel to different job locations, including overnight and extended stays.
Support general crew responsibilities as needed in addition to welding tasks.
Qualifications
Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (structural or industrial preferred).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
Experience in fabrication, metalwork, or construction is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn shielding-specific techniques.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50–75 lbs.
Available for frequent travel, including long stays on-site.
Comfortable working in a team environment and independently.
Availability for frequent travel (domestic and international).
Security clearance is a plus.
