About the Role

We’re looking for Radio Frequency Shielding Installers (Crew Members - Entry-level positon) to join our field team and support the assembly and installation of Radio Frequency shielding chambers across the country. This hands-on role is ideal for those with experience in construction, carpentry, or trades — or anyone eager to grow in a specialized, fast-growing industry.We’re hiring Crew Members with Electrical Specialization to join our field team and support the assembly and installation of RF shielding chambers across the country.

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with practical experience or solid knowledge in electrical systems — residential, commercial or industrial — who are looking to grow in a specialized and fast-growing industry. You'll contribute to the precision installation of RF shielding components and collaborate with a high-performing team on-site.

Duties and Responsabilities

Work closely with crew leaders and teammates to meet project goals.
Assist in the installation of RF shielded rooms and components with attention to electrical integration.
Assemble and adjust structures including RF doors, mechanical tables, panels, and enclosures.
Read and follow instructions, construction drawings, and layout details.
Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.
Support electrical-related tasks during installations as needed.
Ensure precision in measurement, alignment, and finish.
Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
Travel to different job locations, including overnight and extended stays.
Identify and report any quality or safety issues proactively.

Qualifications

Experience or working knowledge in electrical systems (residential, commercial, or industrial).
Additional experience in construction, carpentry, or trades is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
Proactive and positive attitude, with eagerness to learn new skills.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical ability to push, pull, and lift 50–75 lbs.
Comfortable working in a team environment and independently.
Availability for frequent travel (domestic and international).
Security clearance is a plus.
